Accessibility statement
Digital accessibility for everyone – including real estate
At Garcia Immobilien, people are our focus. Our goal is to provide all interested parties—regardless of their individual abilities—with easy, barrier-free access to our real estate listings and information. For us, accessibility doesn't begin on site during a viewing, but online—with an accessible, user-friendly website.
Why is an accessible website important?
Nowadays, the internet is often the first port of call when looking for a new property. However, many digital offerings are difficult to use for people with visual, hearing, or motor impairments. Our website is designed to enable all visitors to find information independently and at their own pace – without any barriers.
Our contribution to accessibility:
- Ease of use: Intuitive navigation, clear structures, easily readable font sizes
- Technical compatibility: Support for screen readers and keyboard operation
- Good readability: Clear color contrasts and understandable language
- Inclusive content: Alt text for images, subtitles for videos (where available)
Our goal is to offer a barrier-free user experience in the digital space as well, so that all people, regardless of limitations, can freely obtain information and find their way around.
