Until now, the Easter Bunny has been producing his Easter baskets full of delicious surprises in Europe and other continents around the world. Now he wants to open another Easter factory in Germany. To do this, the Easter Bunny is searching for hidden Easter eggs on the real estate market, just like in a computer program. The internet is a great help to him. However, despite many offers, he is facing a major difficulty.

He simply cannot find anything suitable. None of the properties already advertised on online real estate portals meet his requirements. Either the location is wrong, the price is too high, or the size is not right. The Easter Bunny also prefers to steer clear of offers with bidding procedures.

Finding hidden properties

After a long and unsuccessful search, the Easter Bunny decides to hire a professional to find the right property. Properties are often marketed discreetly and away from the usual portals. It therefore makes sense to choose a professional agent who knows the local real estate market inside out.

How a real estate agent helped the Easter Bunny find a property

The Easter Bunny contacted several regional real estate agents in his desired region for his new place of business. In some cases, he filled out a search form or wrote an email with his search criteria. It took a while for the agents to get back to him with suitable properties. With all the suitable offers, however, the Easter Bunny had to make a selection. After all, he didn't have time to view all the properties because of Easter production. After making his selection, the Easter Bunny arranged appointments with the respective sellers to view the properties.

Price negotiations and closing the deal

He did not make the shortlist as a buyer for all properties. For those where he did, the price negotiations and the rest of the purchase process were handled professionally and reliably by the real estate agent of his choice.
