You should cover approximately 20 percent of the property price plus ancillary purchase costs such as real estate transfer tax and notary fees with your own capital. By extending the financing, it is possible to reduce the monthly burden.

In addition, compare offers from different banks. And make sure you are well prepared for your appointment with your bank to discuss real estate financing. We will advise you on what to look out for.

Legally secure property transfer

Once we have found a suitable property, we will support you in negotiations with the seller. Once you have reached an agreement with the seller, we will accompany the real estate transfer from the preparation of the purchase contract to the notary appointment to the handover of the property and beyond.
