That depends on the individual case. Certain properties (e.g. vacation homes) are in higher demand at certain times and are therefore easier to sell.

For the new job: sell a property and find a new one
Klara S. needed sufficient capital to afford a new property. The proceeds from the sale of her condominium served this purpose. She did consider renting out the apartment. However, due to her capital requirements and because she knew she would not have time to rent out and manage a property, she decided against it.
All on her own
At first, she didn't think selling the apartment, planning the move, and looking for a new property would be a challenge. To find out the current value of the property, she used several online property valuation calculators to be on the safe side. But she got a different result every time.
Which valuation was the most promising on the real estate market? Klara decided to turn to a local, reputable real estate agent who knows the real estate market and can carry out a professional valuation on site. That's how she found us.
Support from the experts
We advised Klara and valued her property. In the meantime, planning the move, her new job, and searching for a new property had become so demanding that she asked us to sell her property.
We obtained the necessary sales documents, developed a pricing strategy based on our property valuation, organized the marketing, managed inquiries from numerous interested parties and viewings, and checked the creditworthiness of potential buyers.
We were also able to help her find a new property and put her in touch with a reputable real estate agent near her new workplace. He found her a lovely little house with a garden.
Arranging interim financing
One problem was that Klara couldn't buy a new property before her old one was sold. And she couldn't sell it without finding a new home. We prepared an appraisal that helped her obtain interim financing from a bank. This enabled her to bridge the transition phase. Today, Klara S. lives happily in her dream home with her dream job.
