Olpe: Urgent sale of large production space
A modern commercial property with office buildings and a total area of approx. 2,300 m², spread over two floors. The production area could be expanded as required via a further extension.
Due to an urgent need for change within the company, our client wanted to find a suitable buyer for their commercial property quickly and efficiently. our focus was on relieving our client of all necessary measures and activities.
From the comprehensive compilation of all necessary information and documents to targeted customer contact and the final contract processing and handover of the property, we were able to fulfill this request in the desired manner. Olpe: Relocation within the desired time frame
The spacious industrial site of over 3,100 m² was spread over two connected hall areas, separated by a continuous partition wall with doors and gates for connection. This variable design allowed the two hall areas to be used independently of each other. With a hall height of 6 meters, they offered additional vertical space and enabled efficient use for various industrial purposes.
Our client commissioned us to sell this commercial property and find a suitable solution for storing operating equipment and materials before handing it over to the buyer. We were able to successfully meet this requirement by finding a suitable warehouse within the planned time frame.
Attendorn: Marketing of spacious, older commercial space
Three interconnected commercial buildings offered a total of over 2,100 m² of unobstructed usable space. The total area could be divided into two separate areas of 800 m² and 1,300 m² and conveniently sublet.
A spacious commercial property from the 1970s, which had been renovated several times over the years, was a challenge for potential buyers due to its age and condition, as high investments were required for modernization in order to meet the requirements of a modern production facility. Our solution was to market the existing space as cold storage/warehouse space. This approach enabled us to find a suitable buyer who was primarily interested in an inexpensive, functional solution and therefore did not have to plan any costly modernization work. The new owner now has over 2,500 m² of storage space, which he was able to acquire at a reasonable price for his purposes.
Attendorn: Commercial property with expansion potential
The commercial property consisted of hall space that was built in 1990 as production/assembly halls and was mainly used for storage/logistics purposes at the time. Overall, the commercial property offered generous storage and usable space, expansion possibilities with additional storage and parking areas, as well as office and administrative space for administrative tasks. It was therefore a versatile property that offered companies flexibility and space for their commercial activities.
Attendorn: Discreet marketing of warehouse space
A commercial property was built in 1999/2000 and had previously been used as a production/assembly hall. It was most recently used as a storage space.
Our work focused on the precise valuation and realistic assessment of the market price for our private client. Our approach was characterised by discreet customer contact without public marketing, with the aim of achieving the best possible purchase price. We are delighted that our discreet approach enabled us to find a suitable buyer from our network within a very short time.
Lennestadt: Rental of a new practice space before completion to a new medical center
The long-term and secure rental of a spacious new practice space as a medical center. The challenge was to negotiate the demanding requirements for the design and long-term use of the space prior to completion in a lease agreement. Our service consisted of constructive discussions to determine the wishes and needs of all parties involved and to facilitate a successful brokerage to everyone's satisfaction. We involved various specialists from our network, such as lawyers, technicians, and architects, in order to achieve the best possible solution. Olpe: Long-term rental of office space
Long-term re-letting of office space of over 200 sqm to a social welfare organization as a new location for its services. In order to use this space, approval for a change of use was required. Our team successfully guided this process and satisfied all parties involved on schedule.
