All you need is a phone or smartphone so we can contact you by call or video call. No additional equipment is required. However, if you would prefer to meet face to face, we will of course adhere to the hygiene rules.

Preparation: Get your documents digitally to the right place

Especially in times when dealing with authorities is difficult in everyday life, we see ourselves as an interface between authorities and our customers, enabling short distances, access to information, and quick decisions. After all, the better the necessary documents are prepared, the faster the process can be completed. Simply send us all the documents by email, and we will check them for completeness and forward them digitally, securely, and discreetly to the appropriate office. through our extensive network of notaries, lawyers, etc., we can take care of the entire transfer of data and documents.

Prospect management: Virtual or on-site upon request

We may already have the right buyer or property for you in our large buyer database. We will, of course, carry out a contactless preliminary screening of buyers for you and decide whether the prospective buyer's purchase request is suitable for the property. Only then will we make your property available for viewing. We will coordinate and plan the minimum number of appointments required for you and, if possible, conduct the viewing using the 360° tour. However, our rule is: As few face-to-face appointments as possible and as many as necessary. If an on-site appointment is still desired, we will organize the viewing in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations.

Virtual home staging: Showing what living could look like tomorrow

Home staging refers to the preparation of living spaces by a professional interior designer to make the property more attractive to potential buyers. Virtual home staging does exactly the same thing, only digitally. This offers many advantages over the on-site method, especially when combined with a 360° tour. Even "empty" floor plans or properties that are currently undergoing renovation can be digitally reworked to show what could be – even if it isn't yet. The results are almost indistinguishable from "real" photos. And all without any effort on site. No delivery, setup, or dismantling... everything is digital and simple.
